OSCE symposium. (10/08/2010)

On 18 and 19 April 2006, the Belgian senate organized under the chairmanship of Anne-Marie Lizin a symposium on risk management and major disasters in the OSCE countries, including Russia. The proceedings are available, the Russian guests were the chairman of the Russian Federation, Mr Sergei Mironov and Chairman of the Duma, Mr Boris Gryzlov. The head of security facilities Gazprom was also from Russia, the OSCE had adopted in July 2006, the text of the resolution to conclude the symposium. That work perfectly adapted to the present situation and can finally be implemented.
